An update on the Dyldam Parramatta Eels squad heading into Round 5 of the NRL Telstra Premiership. 

Club Captain Tim Mannah has been diagnosed with a fracture of the shoulderblade following the Eels’ Round 4 win over the Wests Tigers, and will miss approximately 3 weeks of competition. 

Prop Danny Wicks has been cleared of a fracture to his cheekbone, and is expected to take the field in Round 5 for the Eels. 

Forward Matt Woods has picked up a hamstring strain and will miss up to 4-6 weeks of competition, while centre John Folau will miss 1-2 weeks with a fractured foot. 

Forward Joseph Ualesi is set to make his return this week from a back injury for the Wentworthville Magpies after missing the first four weeks of the 2016 season. 

Hooker Nathan Peats will miss approximately 1-3 more weeks of competition after dislocating his elbow in Round 2, while  Anthony Watmough continues to train on a modified rehab program for a knee injury, with a return date yet to be confirmed.
